This mixed-use urban infill project incorporates 65-hotel units in five levels over 7,150 SF of existing retail space. The structure is designed to appear as three separate buildings, helping to preserve and enhance the village character of downtown Kirkland. Horizontal and vertical modulation provides visual interest and helps reduce the scale of the building especially where it abuts a residential area.
