We are currently seeking a savvy Administrative Assistant in our Bellevue office. Successful candidates will possess a strong attention to detail, be well organized and a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. The position requires 2 years of industry experience in an administrative position.
This is a full-time, multi-tasked position which requires professionalism in appearance and attitude. General office duties include:
• multi-line phone system
• front-end reception
• opening and distributing mail
• backup word processing
• Outlook scheduling
• providing support to the office manager
• assisting staff with various projects
Candidates must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and experienced with multi-line telephone systems, copiers, scanners and printers. Access and InDesign experience are a plus.
Job Captain w/ Revit experience
This position requires 5 to 6 years of experience in urban multi-family projects, plus strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with Wood and Concrete, five over one/two construction is essential. Responsibilities include owner and consultant coordination, coordination of Design Development through construction phases of service and meaningful participation in Pre- and Schematic Design. Team members will work directly with the Project Principal/Project Manager. Revit skills are essential.
