Multi-Family/Mixed-Use SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER This is a Senior Management position that requires 10 to 20 years of experience in urban projects, strong organizational and communication skills, and a desire to be both a project leader and a business leader. Experience in large Multi-Family projects of Wood, Steel and Concrete construction, plus Construction Administration, is essential. Responsibilities include conceptualizing, implementing, coordinating and management of all phases of service. Team members will work directly with clients, consultants, contractors and municipalities with support of the Project Principal. Revit is a plus. Responsibilities include working with the project team developing design, construction detailing and construction documents. An understanding of how buildings are constructed is important.
