The Hayes Apartments

The Stone Way neighborhood, on the edge of the Fremont Hub Urban Village, is quickly evolving into a diverse, lively, pedestrian friendly community. This project's objective is to create a livable community within the urban fabric - enhancing opportunities for the community to live where they work, where they entertain, and where they enjoy outdoor activities. The Hayes includes 124 apartment units, approximately 7,000 SF of retail, and below grade parking with 120 parking stalls.
