Friends of the Children is a non-profit organization that has far-reaching, positive impacts on the community and on the lives of the children in their program. This 5,230 SF renovation of their Seattle location provides the growing organization with the essential space to comfortably provide mentorship and support to at risk children. Working with the client's detailed program and within the significant budget constraints, a welcoming and efficient space, nearly three times the size of the previous facility, was designed to create a positive, uplifting environment for the children and staff.
