The Eddy at Green Lake Village Mixed-Use

This project is located on the SW corner of 5th Avenue NE and NE 71st Street in the Green Lake neighborhood. The mixed-use six story building provides approximately 130 residential units, 14,600 SF of street-level retail and 104 parking stalls provided on two levels of underground parking. The building's scale and mass sympathetically responds to the adjacent land uses, topography and encourage the efficient pedestrian/transit oriented urban life.
