Beaux Arts Remodel and ADU

This remodel included the addition of a new 3 car garage with ADU (accessory dwelling unit) above to an older home. The original home is a mid-century modern home built in the mid 1960's on a heavily wooded site located in Beaux Arts Village. A new entry/access connecting the new addition to the existing home was also included. The new ADU will be used as a recreational area for their 2 teenaged sons and their friends and as a guest area.
