Our involvement with Gilman Village dates back to the project's origins in 1972. Since that time we have helped facilitate numerous updates to the Village's master plan, buildings and tenant spaces. This 2,700 SF interior remodel created a lively and inviting atmosphere for a new Mexican inspired restaurant. The new floor plan provides a spacious dining room for customers to enjoy a relaxing meal or a beverage in the adjacent cantina. A new commercial kitchen was installed along with updates to the office and bathrooms.
