This renovation renewed the exterior elements of a building our firm originally designed more than 30 years ago. Working with the client and envelope specialist, our team refined and coordinated materials to bring new life to the facade while honoring the building's original character.
Through updated color schemes, refined material transitions, and selections for windows, doors, sunshades, railings, soffits, and paving materials, the design strengthens the building's presence and continuity within its surroundings. The result is a refreshed exterior that feels both familiar and current, reflecting the enduring vision of the original design.
