This ground floor tenant space is located in the Elements Too glass tower of Downtown Bellevue. The space was designated as “Pedestrian Oriented Frontage” by the City of Bellevue requiring a high degree of visual interest to attract those on the street. After 5 years of vacancy, Baylis Architects teamed up with Dr. Beau Keller to create a visually exciting solution that met the rigorous standards required for the POF. “Da Vinci Dental” now occupies the 1,300 SF space and uses advanced lighting technology that is constantly changing to dazzle the eye of those passing by.
