Sheltered on the crest of a hill in west Bellevue, the clean, elegant lines of this 3-story, northwest modern home, creates effortless visual harmony with the surrounding landscape. The home's design embraced the site's potential, capitalizing on the unique location, with the elevation of the main floor precisely placed to showcase panoramic views of downtown Bellevue and the Cascade Mountains to the East, as well as Lake Washington and Seattle to the West. Simple, natural, northwest materials were used including cedar siding, exposed concrete walls and stucco siding. Cedar wood soffits carry through from the exterior into the ceiling of the living room area.
